weixiaobao, I'm using glass surface +3 stoves. Glass got garantee but cant remember for how long, bought at hoe kee. The salesman cheekily throw the whole bunch of keys on the glass and not even a scratch spotted. Anyway, if you seldom cook I will suggest buy 2 stoves one enough. Like me now usually use 2 of them only and find the third one zor teng (waste of space).

Soh, I fully agree on this. The exit is jammed up almost every morning. We can stuck there for more than 10 min if we are late. I cant imagine what if some accident (choi!) or vehicle breakdown at the exit then all no need to go out liao. The whole estate only 1 entrance / exit its really insufficient to cater the daily rush hour traffic. Kudo to you for pointing this out to the authority. Also the most favourite neighbourhood pastime here is karaoke. 1 chinese uncle sing almost every evening, another malay family staying 2nd floor having it every weekend.... also somewhere near our unit got 1 neighbour like to sing loudly while he's taking his bath be it 8pm or 12 am.... interesting neighbourhood. Btw Sakura buffet in the stadium so so only not very nice, Ohmni theatre one better. I want to try the other jap restaurant ...forget the name. Got many indoor badminton court. Have not been to the pool but looks impressive.

Just come back from IMM visited Besglas, was interested to fix a kitchen door. As mentioned in my previous post my kitchen is facing directly the main door so bad for feng shui. Besglas has some nice glass door designs quoted me pivot door $599 for non design, +$140 with design. Price incl installation and parts exclude GST. Tempered glass. All in all around $790. Any comment on the quote ?

Soh, move in already still can complain and ask them to verify huh ? I aslo moved in then start to find defects here and there. 1 of my toilet tiles got chipped off and there are also holes in between the tiles. Shower also not fixed properly, the 2 rings connecting to the shower mixer and wall very loose, screw to max also can see the thread. Is this norm ?? I also just realised one of my ventilation window on top the MBR window cannot close properly, alignment out. Hi, Mine also at the common bathroom,meaning its also a mistake huh ? It's really dusty and ugly, I use some stopper to cover it so it wont scratch any legs.. what kind of contractor they engage can make such stupid mistake ?? ya mine waive also but not after we make noise. Hey, guess what ? My husband say his is not the first case in the same carpark. Not to mentioned, he's signal light got stolen before and he had reported this before to police. According to police, there are also other cases of car window being smashed and valuable inside there stolen, parts of bike being stolen etc. They cut-down their patrolling when things seems quieter but now seems that the cases are coming back. My view : They seems quite helpless on this type of cases. The thing is, I dun understand why they cut down the patrolling at this area since it's still quite isolated with lot of foreigner around. Angry ! Ya mine also connect like that. Seems that my contracted smoke me lo..say its for gas-heater cannot cut away. Irvin, the overflow valve can cut or not ? Check with your contractor leh, I find it an eye sore, so ugly.

Then I will suggest you better get someone to install it instead of the same plumper, the heater is not cheap. I used Ariston for both my old & new house and even my parents. Never hear before dunno how to install. That output is for gas-heater according to my contractor. My Ariston storage heater was connected to the U-shape pipe instead. This pipe is just on top of the out-put you mentioned. (I hope you what I mean lol). Scroll up the same thread you will see we had discussed this before. Not at home, else will send you the picture. Can someone do that to help doit ?

Dear neighbours, Just want to deliver these to all. Please watch out your vehicle park at our multi storey carpark. My hubby's bike just got stolen and end up at one of the woodland carpack all stripped down ! Parts were all removed, left the main chasis of the bike. We didnt know until police contacted us to identify it said they found a stolen bike with our registered chasis number. Insurance also cannot cover our losses as we had paid the bike in full. So guys, please watch out for one another. Did anyone see police patrol the area ? Coz since I moved in one month plus never even seen any officer nor patrol car. Think need to write in to ask them to patrol more. Sigh... so suay. Just hope this will not happend to anyone here again. Take care. Amoyz. Btw, anyone know which email to appeal for more patrol ?

Hi Item 1) no idea therefore no comment 2 & 3) as per candymom mentioned. 4) have you think of just changing the doors / lamination of the existing cabinet (meaning external) for a facelift if the internal condition is good ? This shld save you some cost. 5) paid $78 per sq ft for normal solid top. You are having what type of material ? 6) no comment 7) what's tat ? Hope it helps.
