Hi I must say that i am quite surpised at the no of neighbours who supported me at the petition.... thanks to meowie49 for sending out SMS as wad i haf seen in the previous posts... I could say that i was quite disappointed initially cos there's no replies at all after my post and thats the reason why I 'disappear' here.... However I was real surprised when i log in and saw that there are 26 residents who supported this petition... though it is abt 3% of the residents in Blk79. However I believe I can do it with everyone support....It really doesnt matter at the end if we succeed or not (of course I sincerely hope it will succeed) cos this has shown that how nice and united my neigbours are..... Actually I have the letter ready and wad i need now is name of residents who agree to this petition.... (If you want to take a look at the letter, pls PM me. ) I dont know how this will sound... perhaps you guys can give me some ideas or suggestions.... I am looking at going from door to door to ask for names and signature from residents of Blk79.... and hopefully I can have good responses from this and will submit the letter with the names and signature to our Minister..... Wad do you guys think?? Suggestions / feedbacks are welcome.... of course if you are NOT blk79 residents, I hope you can keep your feedback to yourself cos you do not understand wad we are going through over here. Thanks!!

Hi All It has been quite some time since i follow up with tis forum... Tat day i was going out for lunch when i saw 2 teenages (who obviously dont look like resident) loitering outside my lift area.. (I live near the garden area) they were playing some 'catching' and when they saw me, they acted like normal... after i came back from lunch, one of my slipper were missing. the other day i left my heels outside and when i came back it was missing again!!! I believe it might be due to those teenagers who loiter at the garden got nothing to play den start to steal our shoes.... the other time my husband slippers was missing as well.... soooo angry!!! my aunt (staying at Blk D) and I would like to write a petition to the town council to install a card access eletronic gate to our garden so that only residents can access to the garden as well as enjoy the garden in peace.... and i believe this will also help to keep our garden clean and nice (i have seen paint spray on the walls / tables) there are a lot of unwanted activities at the garden such as playing catching and screaming on top of their voice at 3am... couples showing public display of affection.... group of teenagers showing their 'musical talent' in the middle of the night..... and many many more...... once my auntie saw 3 young girls sniffing glue at the garden.... i really think the best way to prevent all these are to install these gates so that we can minimise non residents 'loitering' ard and also for safer environment for us and our children..... I would like to see the responses and if responses are good I will arrange a day for everyone (who agree to this) to sign on the petition... Anyone know where to find food delivery to home... where we pay a monthly fee and they will deliver the cooked food to ur house... last time when i stay at Bukit Panjang i used to have those pamplets at my doorstep providing such services.... currently at TPY never see this kind of pamplets le lae..... its very convenient here but i would prefer somthing like home cook food... which got like 2 meat 1 veg and a soup with rice.... which i seriously dun have time to cook.... Tks !

I have not spoken to them cos the last time i call them when i got prob he ask me call the HQ. I sooooo angry again today!!!! really very piss with them and their service. Wad happen was: Last week i arranged for service technician to come to re-do the piping for our aircon today, and my husband took leave. agreed on the earliest slot and was supposed to be 10.30am. then at 11am no one came. i called the lady (her name is Lena / Lina) and ask her abt it and she said yest she call me and no one ans the call so they change it to 4pm. waaaah lauuu lor..... then i told them say i got NO calls from them at all and even if i didnt ans, how can they anyhow change my appt time. and i ask her to check and get the man to come earlier cos this piping thing is gonna do for anther few hrs. after 30mins the lady nv call me and i called back and she say 'ar, i wanted to call u then u call liao' KNS lor... everytime also say this sentence..... then she told me: 'the man who is supposed to go had injured his hand and is getting MC and cant come. we have to re-schedule the appt." soooooooooooooooo angry!!!!!!!!!!! and i told her that we purposely take off today so as to do this re-piping and now he cant come and we have to take another day leave again... and she say: "ya i understand, so can i re-schedule for next tues appt" PISSSSSSSS lor. i so piss till i ask her to get someone down to remove all the aircons and pipes and refund me 100% of the money i have paid and i'm going to another company to buy my aircon and she say CANNOT. then she ask me to make appt again for next week and i sooo piss till i shout into her ears and say 'DO U UNDERSTAND MANDARIN? I dont believe your company so big and you have have 1 technician!" and she say he is the better one. so means the other technicians are the lousy one lor...... then she say no la.... soooo angry lor. i ask her to go schedule someone to come today and i told her I DONT CARE, either she get someone down today or she give me 100% refund. Everyone..... i'm reali **** piss with their service standards and their irresponsibilities I am sure There're a lot of better aircon companies out there.... even if the price is a bit higher.... do not buy from BEST TECH cos no point trying to save that little bit of $$ and end up with all these problems.

I have a Shih Tzu, female... turning 4mths old onli..... also cant go out of house. wad breed is urs? How old liao? hahahah mine also like to do this.... think they reali super bored without us at home.... my puppy also ran out of the house once when i open the door. no need to squeeze... jus ran out... alamak!! ya... tat time i saw a small kid holding on to a GR... dont knw if he stays here too.... wonder if he reali got the strength to hold it on if it tried to run free..... shld have gatherings so i can intro Ginger to more friends....

the aircon is sourced by myself after doing a bit of research in forums..... super angry and piss off with them! I do understand that electronics stuff is depend on Heng - Suay one.... but now the prob is not the aircon itself.... its the way the technician do his work. the technician who came on Mon said that he will come on tues to install the pipes for us and we waited till 9pm and still he NV turn up. then we called and ask him and guess wad?!?!? he said that he didnt say he is coming. he said that he will get B#st T#ch ppl to call me to re-arrange for appt. and till today they NV call me at all. VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all Just wanna share my experience with this air con store (B*st T*ch @ IMM) I have purchased my aircon for my new home from the stated aircon company and I can really say that the experience is a very TERRIBLE one. We arranged for 2 seperate installation (as encouraged by the sales person). 1st installation is to install all the pipes first and 2nd one will be before we shift in. We had our 2nd part of installation done 3 days before we shifted in. We checked the aircon and the coolness and everything was okay. On the very 1st night that we shifted in, me and my husband sleep through the night in SWEAT as the aircon will turn off by itself after 15mins.... throughtout the night we keep on turning on the aircon cos of this prob and also the aircon is totally not cool at all. the next day morning we tried to troubleshoot the aircon but unsuccessful. The air con is totally not cool... its just like fan..... we called the sales person and he say he is not in charge and ask me to call the HQ at AMK. The technician came the next day and checked the aircon and said that actually there's NO gas.... and there's 2 reasons: either the installer forgot to input gas to our aircons or there's a leakage in the pipes. and the technician is unable to check if its a leakage as he did not bring along the equipment for testing leakage. That very night we had a very cool and nice sleep and guess what... the next night we slept in sweat again. the next day which is sat, i called the HQ again and told them abt the problems and they say they have to arrange for the technician to come to check again and its already sat so we have to wait till mon / tues before the technician can come.... so super angry and i argued with the person to slot me in.. and i dont mind how late the person might come. On that night then technician came and remove the casing so as to check where is the leakage!!! and my new house now looks like its 20yrs old cos of the paint peeling!!! and guess wad the technician told us that they are facing quite a lot of problems due to the bad workmanship of 1 of the technician who has just left..... the next day i called the HQ and demand for them to pay for my painting for that part of the wall and they say they will get back to me... its has been only abt 1mth and last week, there's water dripping from the casing.... call them to arrange the technician to come again and this time the SAME technician came and said that the water pipes are NOT connected properly!!!!!!! and he had to come back again tmr to removed all the pipes (in the MBR) and reinstall the pipes!!!!! And the qns is WHY did he NOT notice it earlier on when he came to re-connect my gas pipe.... i did ask him to check thoroughly all the pipes to ensure that there's no prob.... he didnt even want to check the other 2 rooms aircon pipes to ensure that there's no prob... and we had to ask him to check before he agree to check for us..... All these problems are giving us sooooo much problems.... our new paint peeled off and my new home look like 20yrs old.... no appts on sat and we had to take OFF so that they can check on weekdays..... all just because of their poor workmanship and irresponsibilities!! My 2cents worth of advice..... DONT buy from them!!!! You dont want your 30k of renovation to look like its super old and dirty! There's now stains on my wall due to the leakage of the gas from the pipes... its oil based and after 1mth liao and the stains are still soooooo 'fresh' !!! I understand if we were down on our luck that we got the bad technician... but the after sales services also sucks..... based on the irresponsibilities of the technician who came twice. and the technician is coming tmr to remove all the casing to check (after being asked) and my 1mth old home is gonna look like its very very old.......
