I live in my own home, now I am planning to buy another property. I am planning to build a home, and rent it out, so that it becomes an additional income. So, I am planning to take up a mortgage for this. I have heard about investment property mortgage. But, is it the same as commercial mortgage? What is the difference between both ? Also, how do I qualify for this kind of mortgage?
