I have seen a master (not a FSM) that help ppl to look for auspicious date for shifting house, marriage,etc... and she told me don't shift anything until the actual date. The actual date is on the weekday. I also seek her advise to open door before my reno and she said just use the " 红花“ water and spread on the whole house will do. Don't need salt, pinapple, etc... all those things. Our reno has many problem then. She advise me to use " 红花“ water to spread the whole house again before shift in. Should I listen to her again.

I will suggest you check if there is any leakage. Maybe you should get a carpenter to check it out and give you professional advise. If any work going to be done, I will suggest the area below sink change it to tiles. Any area near water or sewage hole better not to have wood install.

Looking at your thread, I though I am writing it. I am having the same problem and now getting a carpenter to do it. The sink below I make all to tiles and the top (wooden surface) change to solid top. The rest of the bottom and top will remain as it is. Cost $1,300.

Amasco, Fanco, Rigal, Crestar,etc... 3) For 4 room flat, to install **** room, which size is more recommended ? Water Heater Current have a storage water heater Perla from previous owner. This may have used for 4-5 years. Though of changing to Instant water heater. The reason to change is storage water heater need to wait and if it faulty, then no water heater to use. Hi, I just bought a 4 room corner flat with access area. So the main door and main gate are not together. The main door is facing north and the main gate is facing west.
