    With HDTV, there are many factors affecting your viewing experience of the TV.

    One factor is viewing distance. Generally, your viewing distance should be between two to five times your screen width.

    Personally, I think plasma do a better at displaying free-to-air channels, or standard definition TV.

    If you want to save yourself a headache, just enjoy what you have lor.

    Yeah...actually that's my plan now... at least chinese new year already over so maybe this weekend will bring along my family with me upstairs for a small chat.... hope it will be resolve *praying*

    By the way.. what do you mean 3rd party? Actually i was thinking of calling the police at one point...but i said...let it be...as its chinese new yr time...

    By 3rd party, I meant the town council, or police, etc. Good that you plan to speak to them personally first :bangwall:

    I did view more than 15 flats with different agents in the same area and considered their prices, locations, and conditions, and finally fixed on this one. The price for this one, as compared to other flats I viewed, is reasonable, especially with its conditions.

    That's how I made my decision on signing the OTP.

    As long as you paid a fair value for your flat, it does not matter how much the others were being sold. :furious:
