Hi, we'd recently gotten our keys to 5room resale flat. Didn't want to do any renovation until a year later to save up on reno budget. However, the kitchen cabinets was quite in a bad shape as the flat was left empty for more than 4 months. So was thinking of engaging contractors for the reno works.
