    Have a 8mx7m and a 8mx3m recess area that is open-topped. Looking at building an awning to prevent being hit by little from the floors above (side). However, most of the contractors I've called are unsure of the permit they could get and etc. Called up HDB, they forwarded me to the person IC of the area, who in turn asked me to contact HDB for the questions. Anyone knows who i could contact to get this clarified?
