Can my interior designer (he is working alone, home based?) sue me for not paying up full amount? only paid around 50-60% of total amount. work not done within 30 days as promised. (going 3 months in a week) tiles wanted from korea, end up found out tiles are from china. cupboard not properly done, even after his carpentry people came up a lot of times a lot of things he ownself measured wrongly and blame others. a lot of defects etc etc.... sorry for bad english. hope to get some reply......
