Hi Meowie, How can we buy the Hettich components directly? Is it possible? I am thinking of putting in the hinges as well as the rail (with soft closing mechanism) for the drawers but not sure if they can come separately with the drawers. I know Blum and Ikea's come with the reinforced drawers itself. Care to share contact if you have it? Much appreciated! Liana's Blum kitchen is to drool over....sigh...

Well, believe it or not, it is a brand that King Coil carries right now. The salesperson claimed it is a UK brand, and also it is being used by the Queen of England. If you go to the showrooms, you will see the satin banner on the mattresses with the Coat of Arms and Emblems and all...truthfully, we are tempted cos it felt even better than Sealy at Sealys prices. However....try googling for Dorma...i dont think this brand ever existed before! So much for the Queens endorsement...

Just saw your electrical cost in your signature, that is a good price! I suppose different houses have different requirements. But it is hard to judge market rate these days, seems like some of them have raised prices with the current economy. Just a benchmark then, how about $45 lighting point wiring and lights installation? Or $35 for one of those MK switches (3-switch type)?

I have read from SGBrides that Severus is actually manufactured by Maxcoil, sort of like supplier for them. Its true, never heard of this brand before that.
