My layout is ground floor granny room, wet and dry kitchen and dinning and living areas. 2 guest rooms on mezzanine floor, the masterbed room and another 2 rooms occupy the second floor and another huge room comes with entertainment area takes out the attic floor.

Raft foundation works underway.

After termite treatment and lean concrete poured. It will be rebuilt to 2 and half storey plus a mezzanine floor with a total built up area of almost 5000 sqft.

Construction of lift pit and waterproofing membrane laid.
