Had a horrendous experience with a marble/tile supplier by the name of Hup Kiong located at Defu Lane. Rejected a no. of tiles during dry lay but they still appeared at my house for tiling. Complained to my ID and subsequently went to Hup Kiong for another round of marble selection. When the marble tiles were eventually layed and paper covers removed, I realised more defective tiles were used. Even my toilet floor tiles were not spared. The sample looked good during selection but after installation the tiles are filled with tiny holes when light is shone. Too many crooks in renovation business!!
