Hi Bro Evil, Like wat Bro Zc 31 had mentioned earlier, we are only here to share wat we had experienced and diff ppl have their own diff views. Is how we look at it. Life still goes on ........ You are the one renovating your hse and paying not that person. Of cos u have the rights to make your final choice and decision who u wan to choose. Whoever the person is, jus dun bother abt wat was said.

Some contractor upon hearing ur budget, they wil run till no whr. But for Tau, u can be rest assure that he will return call. We experienced that when we were searching for contractor last yr. Guess those contractor are kind of attitude.. They only wan money from us and not sincere at all.

Normally Kelvin is more busier in the morning. When he said he called back, he will confirmed call but later in the noon time usually.

Well, It is ur decision if u wan to meet up wif Kelvin. If u wan, u can ask Kelvin to bring u over to CCK side. We did a whole hse major reno for our flat.

It could also be the new guy....

Hi Dr Evil, I am sure there is some misunderstanding somewhr... I suggest you give Kelvin a ring, sit down and go thru wif him 1 by 1. Get all the details cleared then u decide wat u really wan. I have spoken to Kelvin on your concern and he will be able to help u clear your doubts. Myself, CareBnet, Zc31, Ashelymama and all others that had completed our reno are happy abt tau services (even after completion) and workmanship. That's why we are here to share our opinions and experiences. Watever we had given is only based on our own experiences. So it is really up to u to decide on your choice. Like wat Bro Zc31 had mentioned, during quotation the prices will be slightly higher but after taking the actual measurement. The prices will be reduced. It's the same case for us. Jus to highlight to u, the electrical points, fan, socket are all considered as additional item separate from the quotation. It is charge based on the no of points u required in the hse. Hope it helped to clear a bit of ur doubts,. if u have any queries, u can pm me or anyone of us to enquire more.

Hi Dr Evil, If you have any queries on the quotation, jus give them a ring. They will be able to give u the answer. Dun keep urself in ??? Jus ask wat ever u wan to ask. This is wat my wife did during our search for contractor and even during reno too... Reno is not jus a few hundred dollars but is alot more than that. U need to clear your doubts and be really comfortable on the amt that u had spend.

Hi Dr. Evil, It really depends on how u look at the quotation. Tau might not be the cheapest among the rest of your quotations but in term of services, they are always there to response when there is any queries. Jus take your time to seach ard for more quotations and compare before making any decision. We can only give our opinions and share our experiences that we had wif Tau but the final decision to choose your contractor is still u. U have to be comfortable and happy abt them as u will be the one that is liaising wif them once your reno start.
