    Sometimes it really depend on luck . Great if you have a good agent who look after your interest. Good luck to you if you happen to get a lousy one.

    Recently was told by a friend that the agent has been with her for the past 12 years, managing her property tenancy and also managed to get a good price on her sold property. He was strongly recommended by my friend to use his services.

    I did a online check on him and found out that he even create a blog for his property business. One of his blog article that I read on 3 Unique Challenges of Being a Property agent  quite interesting, coming from his point of view.

    Why dun you find out more about hospitality & tourism industry by taking up some part time courses first? There are quite a few subsidized by the government mah.

    If you ever thought of starting a company or run a business, also do consider a entrepreneur course too, at least it gives you some overview about running a business, better than longpiak here and there right?

    There’s many choices too.. these days so easy with starting businesses online, just need to learn new skill sets like digital marketing well.. That said, you can always go back to the classic sales/entrepreneurship type of careers like insurance sales, or Property Agent career. 

    If you’re self-disciplined that is..

    Try and make what ever time left you have with your kid meaningful and impactful, its the quality of time you spend with them that counts. Make sure they are giving you the attention and admiration for what ever youre trying to do , to make them happy.
