  1. We need to rally as a team and make our voices heard. Only with numbers will "'they'' take us seriously. Anyone with "connections" with RC or the party, please help to influence them to take action. I guess we should start collection petitions online and submit it to the relevant authorities. I remembered one of the forummers did. When I first shifted in, it was ok. Now I started to realised that the water is yellowish. I will be calling the town council to request for them to flush the water tank. But I dun know his name though I often see him in the vicinity. Furthermore, my ID very smart. He also reverted on the 3rd day with a response which was nv a reply or to solution to solve the problem. He called my hubby on a Sat at 12.30pm at say plumber will reach my place at 12.45pm. How are we able to reach my place on time? Furthermore, that is after we asked him on Fri evening what time/ which day is his plumber available. He seems to be trying to play with time. With my ID playing with time, dun know when he will play one my warranty period and also get away from CASE. Yes Hana, We are referring to the same thing. I will sure join in the signature

Saw meowie wil her dogs last Sunday, was cycling and wearing my specs, maybe she couldnt recognise me cos she looks blur when I smile at her. Saw Liana's hubby that day at the lift lobby and say HI to him, he also blur...probably wondering how come I know him. No really staying there yet so maybe not much impression. Have been quite busy with new job and the problems of Cirxxern ID. Thought my nightmare will be over after completion of renovation. Now my kitchen cabinet wood had some "popping up" areas. Definitely due to some piping problem and water seepage. Called up my ID, nv pick up call. Call the office, say my ID will follow up with me. Can have the face to tell me our usual procedure is our ID will call up within 3 working days. So I waited till 4th day, still no call. I called up the office again. Demand them to give me an ans by that 4th day else I go to CASE. Finally my ID call me and tell me his HP got pblm so cant receive cal..*bull*****. Then finally send plumber to my house. But the plumber just came in awhile and say its my washing machine leaking, tightened the hose and left. How can the water from the washing machine seep to the internal of my kitchen cabinet? I also not an expert in this area to be aware. My hubby called them up again. This time round, after a week, the carpenter came down. Say will help me do laminate on the "popped" areas FOC. Asked him, whats the problem. At least need to know the cause then can axed all future problems. He told me he is not a plumber, dun know. Hubby called them up again. ID took 2 days to reply (maybe to meet 3days procedure). Tell us will arrange for plumber. Asked them date and time. He said will check and let me know. 1 day has passed, no reply. Maybe another 2 days (to meet procedure of 3 working days) to reply again. Can anyone advise me what to do? Go strsight to CASE got case? They reply within 3 days but not doing anything. What "branded" ID firm, got ISO, got HDB vertified....all full load of rubbish.
  7. So far for me, cos my fren bot a bodyshop aromatherapy thingy for me which i used it whenever I went over, the smell is not there anymore....u may want to give it a try
  8. Meepok, What was the damage to your house after they did the foolish act? Frankly, I myself nv heard of this tradition. What purpose does it serve by going through this tradition? But it is indeed unfortunate that you started off with the wrong footing with your neighbours. Hope the damage is not substantial. Else you have every right to ask for compensation from them

  10. Huh, now then I realised can be done in both ways depending on our preference. Mine os of opp direction. Sometimes dun even know if I switch on or off...so just test all switches Just handover the renovation last week. The paint in my room finally done up (at least not so obvious) after the 7the coat of paint. Sigh. The ID firm is supposed to send me a card confirming on the handover then issue warranty card. After waiting for a week, the said card finally came BUT the handover date was wrong. Indicated abt 2 weeks earlier than my handover date. Now I still got to call the ID to get them to amend and resend.... Reno is really about luck...

  12. I try to see if I can make it at 2.30pm. Will give you and babymaro a call if I can reach earlier. Today is the 5th time they are repainting my bedroom. For those who dun know the details, they may think I am being picky. Yeoman, I want to see your paint work and flooring tmr. Maybe they have different team so quality of work different. I dun want to break his ricebowl. He knows where is my flat, who knows he may create havoc for me esp when my hubby wun be back in Singapore till month end. Babymaro/ Meepok, I want to see your rack.   13. Went back to chk my house till plus pm now. Feeling so tired. The painting still very bad. I'm already prepared to close my eyes on the other rooms since it is of lighter shade. But the darker room's contrast is simply too obvious to be ignore. The ID will be asking the painter to come down later again. He told my hubby:" You and I will stay till the painting is done, then you can pay the last instalment and sign the handover agreement". We told him, the paint would need at least a day to completely dry up and see the shade. Never seen an ID so irritating and pushy. Tmr when you all visit my house, you all can help me check on the defects and look out for "tear liked" paint. Please PM me if you all have time to help me inspect. I should be in around pm tmr
  14. When we asked the ID why nv connect the wiring, he told my hubby that he is afraid that the worker may use my heater after installation. By the time they install the heater, it is only left with the painter who is doing the rectification job. My question is...if his workers has done the job well, by the time the heater is up, everything should be good enough to handover. Yeoman also went to the same ID firm but different ID. But the attitude of the ID is totally different. All in all, its this ID trying to give me his "pattern". At my end, I will also make sure his last payment will not be received easy. Cant believe he is waiting for the mere $700+ to pay his worker. The company should be the one to pay and not him. Trying to bullsh*t
  15. My house? Sigh! They came to fix my storage heater which we checked and realised it was not working. When my hubby called my ID? He said maybe his worker did not connect the wiring thats y cant work. He even told my hubby off saying that we should tell him all defects at one go. He wants to have the last payment ASAP cos his worker is waiting for his pay. If he dare to say that to me, I would definitely tell him off. Who in good mind would fix the storage heater without connecting it? If we din check, how we know. He is making us so paranoid that we cant take things for granted and got to check through everything. I havent stayed in there yet and wouldnt have thought of checking the storage heater if not for reminder from my brother. He better dun push his luck too far...my boiler will burst anytime. Dun make me write an official complaint to his bosses. Afterall this is his ricebowl.
