SBK: extinguisher?? I think the DIY shop at JP sell the portable one. I dunno how much. But tot of it.. that portable one not enough to save big fire loh. Hi guys, long time never log in... My advice portable one will do...dun need to buy those that you see at the office...you need to service it once a year if you buy those to ensure that it is still working... Anyways, if the fire was big, your extinguisher would not be able to help.. Prevention is better than cure... Always remember to switch off your electrical appliances from the main socket switch and if you smoke,dun smoke at home...make sure you extinguish your butts properly... Lastly, make sure that you have a good fire insurance coverage...the basic one that HDB requires you to buy only covers the fittings and structure of your unit...it is more advisable to get one that covers your furniture, stuff etc Me not insurance agent trying to sell insurance but have encountered quite a few cases where the owners only came to realise this after a fire...but too late...

Me using the Starhub BB also...not too bad..connection can last quite long... I think Starhub improve a lot already...last year was real bad..now at least in the lift corridor still can get some reception...

Long time never come in here liao.. Stainless steel also can rust but should be more difficult to rust also....my parent's place one rusty also but that was also after a **** long period... WXB, u stay only less than one year should not have this problem..think can complain...

yup..got the survey.. complain like mad....the rubbish thrown at the playground below especially at night, people quarrelling at 1130 pm...and the lift went kaput for a week!!

hmm..didnt buy from them...but went to their showroom to have a look...think it was at lten mile junction..think theirs are all local brands..the showroom didnt have much..so i didnt get from them as i wanted serta bed..but i think they are quite cheap..

hmmm...i got duty that day but will try to come for a while show face..haha..dun need to prepare food for me...just in case i cant come..
