Thank you so much for sharing! This post was well needed as I am going nuts finding cheap but good contractors. can I check for the both toilets that you mentioned adding up to 3k, it’s including all the toilet bowl, basin, shower door and cabinet? Or you purchase them separately? Thank you!

Hi guys, Anyone knows any good contractor for reno (kitchen, toliet, hacking, doors, locks, blinds, paints, polishing of floor, chemical washing whole house, bomb shelter racks). my upcoming house will be a 3 room resale, it’s a 5 years mop bto, there is no build in at all even for kitchen cabinet, hence it will be pretty empty other than the floor tiles done up by hdb as chosen by previous owner. hoping to spend less than 10k on these. anyone can give can advise(; (hopefully can show some pics done and roughy pricing) deeply appreciate it!
