btw, anyone already staying at blk 89? last week when i went down to blk 89 18th floor, thr's this couple staying at the 3rm flat at 10ish(pm) left their door open and were singing karaoke! **** loud! when we went to 29th floor, i still can hear their singing! worst, when we were downstairs, i still can hear, even when i was walking towards LJ, can hear lor! my bro advise if they were to do this every nite, we should start complaining b4 we move in...

Hi Isling, i've chosen my unit last week...@ TH. Ya, i agree with the rest, you should look at new flat instead..Dover is quite a nice and serene area, quite attas too cos you're surrounded by condo. Me and HTB did consider Dover for worst case scenerio...Go there look see look see again lor... Otherwise, 4th floor in TH should be okay too...(strathmore 4th floor was our top choices and it was taken up just before our turn! Argh!) Sakae sushi, Can we go look see your hm someday??? The moment i saw the decor on magz, i showed to HTB and told him i love it! Then to realise it's a flat at TH! So, would really like to visit your place. hehehe.... Anyone has already compiled reno/ID cost comparison? can share share? Hmmm...i've been urging my HTB to start the soccer club and tupperware club community. thanks pongy. so which unit have you chose? my top choices are all strathmore! so angry! i was so happy when i kept seeing 89 taken away, not many people aim strathmore. even my ideal 4th floor 04-211 also taken up! boohoo... now we're desperate liao, looking into block 90. not so keen abt 89 cos it's too near to mrt and carpark and i'm someone who prefer quieter area... thanks for your feedback on 326 MBR, i might just look into this option lor...provided from now till thurs, everyone choose block 89.

thanks pongy! so, when u went in 326, was it windy? i went there once remembered that the MBR is quite big compared to the rest. and can't remember much on the sun and wind... sigh! all my choices taken up, now kanjiong looking for alternatives ah!

oh, generally if the hse is getting alot of the sun, the place itself would be warm, even if there's no sun. this is what i get in my current bro's room where his room is facing the west sun. his floor titles perpectually warm due to the constant heat from the sun. so, that's how i felt outside 326, kinda warm. so...checking if anyone finds 326 warm..
