  1. Hello~ need some advice from those who have experiences in reno especially A&A.. i am planning to carry out a reno for my 20 yo HDB flat. I'm more inclined towards whole house reno at one go, but that also means that i will have to move all stuffs out and find a temporary accommodation, and that could cost a bomb. My husband suggested to split the scopes into 2~3 times over a year or two, i.e. 1) kitchen + bathrooms, 2) master + child room, 3) guest room + living including laying vinyl. That means we don't have to move out temporarily and can save some $$, only need to spend on some disposal + storage of bigger items... cons is probably inconvenience as we are still staying inside, and might not be cost effective too considering the inflation, etc.. Any insights or experience to share please? What are the pros & cons for the split scope reno? Thanks in advance!
