Kopar At Newton is an exclusive condominium development in Singapore’s prime District 9. It consists of two 23-storey towers comprising 378 unts. The development is close to Newton Circus and just a stone’s throw from the famous Newton Food Centre. It is also a short walk to the Newton MRT station and is one stop to Orchard Road, Singapore's upscale shopping, entertainment and leisure district.
