Found Ideal Design In Mag, Now What?

Hello all, i'm a newbie in renovation, could anyone pls enlighten me what to do next as while browsing through some renovation magazines, i've found the design i wanted..the design that i had imagined it.

Assuming the design is suitable for my room, what should i do next? appraoch the ID for that particular design?(there's their contact available at the end of the article)

OR

Save some $$ by just getting a contractor and tell him "hey i wan the exact same design in the mag!"

haha do i sound stupid asking these questions. =) Any comments anyone?

i'd go for the second choice since the extra you are paying an ID is to come up with a design

since you already have a design, just get a contractor to do it

Yar. Or just sub-out yourself to get the material and labour. save a lot.
