Unable to complete payment for enable ( add team member ) module on my workspace, getting something when wrong. i have attached the activity status change with time log and right now getting alert watning screens shot as well for better understanding. looking forward to kind support, as blocked for now to perform / test features testing into our system. Had the same thing happen to me when trying to add a teammate last month. The payment kept failing and I was stuck too. What helped was checking The Value of Payment Data in my account history—it showed the exact point where things got blocked.
