Is it possible to legitimately get the minecraft legacy version for the switch?

I've recently been interested in getting the old version of minecraft. I have the ps3 version but I'd like to have the switch version for the portability and just being able to play it anywhere. I'm aware that it's delisted, I'm just wondering is there's a legitimate way to get it
