CBT Journaling Prompts That Help

I have tried journaling many times but never know what to write. Some apps provide prompts but they are usually generic like what are you grateful for today. I need specific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy style questions that challenge my distorted thoughts. Where can I find really good prompts that actually help?

Generic prompts like what are you grateful for today make me want to scream. The liven app asks specific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy questions. What was the exact thought that appeared before you felt that way? Which cognitive distortion is present? What evidence do you have against that thought? Those are real clinical questions. Not fluff.
