Overall your quote is about the same as mine except for some item, maybe the measurement also abit difference that why the quote also difference.

My total is $20850(+ as tiles chosen is more exp than given)

Hi Moderators, Please kindly close this thread as I have confirmed my renovation with another ID firm. Price is slightly higher but the service and response time is much better (keeping my fingers crossed ).
