4 Room Resale Kitchen & 2 Bathroom Quote

Hi Guys

Hope can get some advice & comment

Went to IMM asking for quote and most ID has close shop around 9pm so managed to get 1 quote

Basic package was 14k ( 2 Bathroom + 1 Kitchen) c/w free toilet bowl(2), sink (2) & water heater

I have added few more items

1) MBR wardrobe($1800) base on 220pft

2) shower screen( $500)

3) L Box for bed room ($380) exclude cost for electrical wiring

4) Shoe cabinet with divider ($1400)

5) MBR vanity top ($680)

6) Paint whole house ICI 6 colour( $1400)

total work around 20k before GST 7 %

is this expensive or reasonable

2) shower screen( $500) $360 for a door size fix panel and 1 side casement

3) L Box for bed room ($380) exclude cost for electrical wiring hw many feet is this?

4) Shoe cabinet with divider ($1400) buy off shelf cheaper, can probably buy 3

5) MBR vanity top ($680) was quoted 5ft vanity for $500 , with Frosted glass casement doors.

6) Paint whole house ICI 6 colour( $1400) hw big is ur hse? hw many colors they giving u/wat kind of paint?

for me, i would find a ID that absorbs GST and i think ur quote looks rather ex.
