Joeylin 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2008 Hi Hi. Received my sofa from Massimmo and am soooooooooo happy with it. There was no major glitches nor disappointments from the time of browsing, confirmation and final delivery. However due to the lack of stock for their tray which is placed on the arms of the sofa which was given free of charge, I had to wait for the stock to arrive. It was no big deal as my hubby and I were pretty satisfied with what we got tray or no tray. However, we were again pleasantly surprised when the sales guy popped by after work on Sat just to pass us the tray which apparently has just arrived! Is that initiative and good service or what??? Sorry if I appear to be gushing too much but just wanted to share my happiness. Now I can be off to a great honeymoon without worries. Bye!!!!!!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
