Valuation $$ + COV around 350K - 420K High Floor, at least 6th or above Corder Unit or Point Block .. 4 Rooms Flat .. convenient location, nearby Market, Coffee Shops, ChildCare .. etc Near to MRT / Bus Interchange .. A for Ang Mo Kio, B for Bedok, C for Clementi, areas west to clementi or north to ang mo kio or east to bedok should be within your budget if u find carefully.
