hihihi 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2008 u sure construction price had fall? How about raw material price, those are mostly bought in bulk, I don't think those had fall. Because of the worsening economy, renovator had to give discount in order to keep the biz alive. But surely it is either eating into their profit or cut corners or use inferior quality materials.
