Grace360 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2009 Having a nightmare with our New Bellus Solid Top. After installation, 2 days later, we discovered a crack on the curve bay window. Got them to come and they only wanted to mend and insert more pieces and polish which we rejected. They brought back the piece and came with another 'replacement' piece and cracked again at the same place. We suspected they have not changed but given us the original piece. We asked them why it cracked so easily but they cannot provide an answer and suggested that it might be due to the not level bay window. Got my main contractor of the condo to check, it seems not the problems of levelness. Right now, we have made full payment to our contractor and we have to liaise with the Bellus Top people directly. We are so afraid that after we moved in our furniture and bed, the problem will occur again. Can anyone please help to provide some advises ? Causing so much stress and sleepless nights.
