Engagement Of Renov Contractors To Get Permit To Renov Only

Hi There,

1) Is it possible to engage renov contractor to just get the permit to renovate a resale HDB flat?

Cos I have my own lobang to do the Hacking and installation of tiles ,painting works cos I am in the building line.

thought that this would save me quite alot of money.

2) Also if I were to supply my own tiles and sanitary wares, I just pay for their labor cost and permits documentations...possible?

Or I will gana suan until jiak lak by the reno. contractors?
