hi any beams and columns are not to hack or remove... they are the bones of the building. so forget abt ever trying to remove them > my advice is to probably install string curtains and separate the living room from the dining /kitchen area....

if u stand to the side at an angle ...u can acutally see the reflections.. in fact....LEDs TV also have reflections!

heard the display panel for this samsung washer and dryer not that user friendly...as in it don have the "wash rinse spin dry " program is it? sorry dono the exact term for it.... heard that LG has that.... any feedback on LG dryer cum washer?

plasma panel got reflection from side angels leh........ LCD dont have..... tho plasma seems to give better picture..... confused......

hi thks for sharing... adding on...went courts ytd and one of the salesgal actually prefer LG... she say the display panel for LG is much clearer than samsung... tho samsung can dry wash 5kg...but both ultimately can onli wash 8kg of clothes... hmm..somethg to think about..... and LG is the 1st to come out with such 2 in 1 washing machine...so technology should be with LG.... hope this helps ...

Hi all thks for the comments...ya..sound bar quality is really not that fantastic... just went courts and was memerized by philip HTS 5560... is only $699! blu ray player with power 1000rms..... the sound is gd! my reason for choosing soundbar is they are neat.......whereas HTS got 5 speakers.... very messy with wires all over... sighs .....in real dilemma.....

Hi anyone to share on your experience on philips soundbar? wana buy one for the living room with a 42inch lcd tv... was loooking initiallyat model HTS 5120....but the sound volume is quite low when the salesman turn it to max volume at 30! So guess my next choice is PHILIPS HTS6120 anyone care to share on its performance and qualitty ? or rather with same budget....about 800... anyother brands /models to recommend? i just want a player with ok quality and can play all sorts of video files and of cos " chiong" dvds thanks !!!

Hi There, 1) Is it possible to engage renov contractor to just get the permit to renovate a resale HDB flat? Cos I have my own lobang to do the Hacking and installation of tiles ,painting works cos I am in the building line. thought that this would save me quite alot of money. 2) Also if I were to supply my own tiles and sanitary wares, I just pay for their labor cost and permits documentations...possible? Or I will gana suan until jiak lak by the reno. contractors? Regards
