Kitchen Cabinets/ Carpenter Who Can Do Plumbler

Any good cheap carpenter who is also a plumber as well? Reason is i hope i can just deal with 1 person but not 2.

Coz i intend to hack away the existing Cabinets and shift the existing washing machine to the a new location plus i need to redo 2 toilets vanity counter and overlay the Toilet Tiles and toilet bowls.

Need your pro advise. Roughly how much it may cost? I just need a simple Design not really needing top quality material. Normal ones will do
