Yellow Dots/patches Stains In Wardrobe

Hi all,

i notice there are alots of yellow dots/patches stain in my wardrobe. Think it should be those moisture mark...

try many ways to clean but don't seems to be able to remove it. anybody here had ever remove such stains before...? pls advice on what cleaning agents/solutions to use to remove these stains...
