HDB sent someone over today to check seepage from upstairs, but he says it's because of lack of ventilation and the moisture not being able to go out. A ventilation fan was one of the proposals. Can anyone here recommend a company / contractor who can fit a ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the approximate cost? Has anyone done this before?
