How To Change This Ceiling Bulb?

Any kind soul to advice how to change the bulb for this ceiling light? Have to remove but without success.

there should be a stainless steel ring just above the buld,hold on the the clips and press inwards gently..afterwhich the ring together with the bulb will fall downwards...detached the bulb and fix in the new one and repeat the bove steps in the reverse manner.

note: before you attempt to do anything pls remember to switch off the power supply to this particular bulb.
