3room Renovation Quotation

Hi, I am planning to renovate my old 3-room flat and got 1 quotation from a contractor (the 2nd contractor took my floor plan and never come back with the quotation. Are we suppose to provide them the floor plan?)

Would like to seek your opinion on the pricing quoted, whether it is reasonable or not. I am still sourcing for 2 more contractors and 1 ID quote, will share more when I have it.

1. To hack kitchen wall & floor tile - $1100

2. To construct kitchen cabinet, fridge & washing machine base - $420

3. To supply & lay kitchen wall tie up to ceiling height - $2400

4. To supply & lay floor tile at kitchen - $900

5. Pipe work at kitchen - $480

6. To plastering whole house - $1500

7. To painting whole house - $950

8. Waterprofing - $200

9. To apply sealer before painting - $250

10. To hack half wall at kitchen entrance & make good broken wall & ceiling - $600

11. To over lay sink & store title - $600

12. To install sink - $120

13. To fabricate & design kitchen cabinet - $1540

14. To replace 4 kitchen c/w ABS trimming (14ft) - $1540

15. To fabrical & design wardrobe at MBR (6ft) - $1320

16. To supply & install s/steel rubbish chute - $220

17. Acid washing whole house - $180

18. To polishing existing marble - $700

19. Clear away rubbish - $200
