Quitting cigarettes has definitely been tougher than I expected, especially with all the stress and withdrawal that hits you hard. I started vaping a few months ago as a way to step down from smoking and it's actually helped with the hand-to-mouth part of the habit, which was a big trigger for me. The flavors keep things interesting and I noticed my urge for a cigarette dropped a lot. Also, the nicotine salts in some vapes gave me that strong hit I needed at first, so I didn't feel like I was missing out as much.

I went with the Insta Bar Insta Flow 5000 for a while, since it was compact enough to carry around and the throat hit really worked well compared to other disposables I tried. Might be worth checking it out if you want options besides cigarettes.
