Not sure if this is too late... i like this nice old uncle who painted my house (today's last day of touch-up). Whenever i pointed the places to touch up & clean up, he'll do so nicely w/o saying anything or showing face. Very soft spoken & nice. His price was reasonable and lower than my contractor's.
