Got some healthy drinks to share :wacko:

Aloe Vera Milk

10g aloe vera

1/4 banana

50g canned peach

300ml cold water

1/2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup ice cubes

200ml milk

Method:

1. Peel aloe vera and put pulp into blender with peeled banana and peach.

2. Add in cold water, honey and ice cubes. Blend.

3. Add milk and mix further. Serve

Nutritional facts

Aloe vera (cold nature) suits all body constitutions. However pregnant women, children and people with weak stomachs should abstain from it.

Contains Vitamind B6, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, various plant compounds, enzymes and glycoproteins. Having effects of killing bacteria and protecting liver cells

Strawberry milkshake

6 strawberries

1/4 banana

50g pineapple

100ml plain yogurt

1/4 cup ice cubes

1 cup ice cream

Method

1. Remove the stems of strawberries and peel both banana and pineapple. Cut all fruits into small pieces. Put them into the blender and add yogurt and ice cubes. Cover and blend well.

2. Add ice cream and mix again. Serve.

Nutritional facts

Contains vitamin B and C, minerals, malic acid and glucose, improves appetite, helps in digestion, boosts children's immunity systems and lowers the risk of getting diseases

Peach Yogurt Drink

50g fresh peach

50g pineapple

50g canned peach

200ml cold water

1/2 cup ice cubes

200ml low-fat plain yogurt

Method

1.Peel and pit peach. Peel pineapple and cut into chunks.

2. Put all fruit ingredients into the blender. Add cold water and ice cubes, cover and blend well.

3. Add yogurt and mix further. Serve

Nutritional facts

Peach which is rich in pectin fibre, helps in bowel movements and prevents constipation.

The enzymes in pineapple help to disintegrate protein residue left in the intestines due to undigested food, thus preventing colon cancer.

Passion fruit Drink

2 passion fruits

50g mango

1/4 lemon

1/2 small cucumber

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tbsp honey

500ml cold water

Method

1. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp. Cut the mango and lemon and then remove peel. Remove the peel of the small cucumber.

2. Put the above ingredients along with 300ml of cold water, ice cubes and honey, into the blender. Cover and blend well.

3. Add remaining cold water and mix further. Ready to serve.

Nutritional facts

Contain alot of vit A and C. Passion fruit helps to smoothen skin complexion and minimize formation of wrinkles. Its potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous contents protect the cardiovascular system as well as strengthen our bones and teeth
