Need to change the friction stays and screws to stainless steel to meet HDB requirements

3 Panels with 16 screws and 2 pieces of friction stay each.

Any recommendations of contractors who can do it reasonably cheaply? Location is Choa Chu Kang North near to Yew Tee MRT

They should have a list of contractor doing those service.

I have spoken to them. They referred me to HDB website. Town Council in Hong Kah only refer to plumbing services nothing on windows which I understand is under HDB and BCA rules. Have a look the the websites below.

Hong Kah Town Council service is sucks my house basement carpark got about 10-15 stray cats and they **** all over the carpark call them up to inform them about this all they can say is they will get pest control company to come after 1 year the cat population did not decrease but increase.
