Repair Toilet O-ring

I was wonder if plumber can change the o-ring only?

because few year back, my parent's house had bad experience with them,

was told to come down and see to quote, end up need to purchase new set.

quote S$400 for change a new toilet bowl, end up super small & cheapo type.

Any advise should i direct change new one (was quoted S$280) or give them a chance to repair?

i think you can change the toilet bowl less than $250. take a look around.
