I am taking the time to commend on the services of Moon Zent as they are a bunch of heart-warming people who makes your day.

I first came across this shop while I was on my way to HupFarri, which was supposedly my last stop in getting more quotes for my toilets and kitchen. Previously I had more or less decided on getting my items from Heritage, located at Geylang, largely due to cost reasons. I immediately tried to search online for information about Moon Zent using my mobile, but there was limited info, almost nothing about them. Nevertheless, I took the risk to enter their shop as I set my eyes on one of their toilet bowls.

The person who served me was Jessica, and she explained clearly to me whatever I asked. Upon getting the info that I wanted, I left the shop, thinking to only purchase the toilet bowl from them. After which, I proceed to Hupfarri to view their showroom but nothing fancy me as the showroom is too big, and I felt that I couldn't get any attention from the staff. I left after 10 minutes.

The next morning (Sunday), my fiancee and I went early on wanted to quickly get my toilet bowl, and proceed to Heritage to purchase my other sanitary items. However, we were too early! We reached at about 11:15am, and we were told by the neighbours that they usually open at 12:30pm - 1pm. Determined to get my toilet bowl, we decided to have an early lunch and dessert at a tau huey shop located just opposite them (and I must say the tau huey is quite nice!). At about 12:40pm, I decided to give them a ring to see if they are opened already and indeed they are. The next moment, we find ourselves in the shop checking out the toilet bowl that I fancied.

As we were checking out the toilet bowl, we also tried to get pricing for other items. At the end of the day, we got a full quotation from them which we are relatively happy with, considering the items that we bought were of better quality than the ones found in Heritage. Jessica and her colleague were very helpful in the process, and that's what made us wanting to get from them. They don't have a very wide range of items, but the ones that are on display appealed to us. Due to our tight budget, Jessica had also tried to give more discounts to us, and at the end of the day we were quite happy with our buys. Good quality stuff at affordable price.

Arranged our delivery to be on a Sunday afternoon (which is quite rare for sanitary shops to accept), and were told by Jessica a few hours before that one of the items were delivered wrongly to them by the agent. Thus, we settled on an alternative delivery date, which is the following day Monday, 8:30pm (which is again, quite rare).

I hope my experience will serve as a useful reference to those who are thinking of getting your toilet & sanitary wares from Moon Zent. It's a family business and you can tell that the relationship between them are quite heart-warming. Delivery on Sunday and adjustment to our time slot of delivering after office hours is not a common sight. Up till now, I am quite pleased with their service.
