Can Someone Recommend A Value For Money Interior Designer Or Contractor

Finally the day has come for me and my husband to get our keys.We are so excited to get the house done up for us to move into it.We are at a lost here as there are so many id and contractors out there. Budget would be a constraint as we spent most of our cash on the 4 Room Resale Flat. Anyone have a good recommendation for us? preferably a mid-end cost and reliable sevice.
