Hi Guys,

Just bought a resale flat. Can anyone PM me his/her recommended ID/Contractor?

Wish to get the following done for a start.

Major task to be done:

Chemical bleach the floors.

Paint the whole house (This includes the door ledge)

New Lights for the whole house

2 toilets + kitchen.

-2 toilets (Full revamp inclusive of WC and WB and shower head)

-Kitchen (half kitchen with cabinet top and bottom +hobs)

Anyone can gauge how much it's gotta cost from experiences?
