If quotation from ID/Contractor on haulage and clearing of debris is too high, say above $800,

can we tell our contractor that we get Mr Lim than? Since its definitely $800max.

Im just puzzle why would any ID/Contractor quote so high for this item? Dont they know the HDB pricing themselves???????

Or they really think we are big carrot head?

For my case, my ID didn't quote me haulage cost as to them, new estates best get from those stated by HDB.

doesn't matter before or after.

Of course, depends on your ID schedule ba.

For me, when get keys we got the sand from Mr Lim too, as according to my ID schedule, tiling is done first.

my ID does the liaising.

At the same time, you can send in request for HDB to do the cement screeding for you (since u going to do laminated floorings too)

They will arrange a date and let you know when they doing it ba.

This you have to apply for it yourself, ID wont be able to do so.

Hi footprint, i also a JS P2 owner haven't get the key, so if i going to do whole place homogeneous tiles then no need to request cement screeding from HDB?? :thumbs up:

Ya, homogeneous tiles do not need cement screeding. :)

Only laminates, parquet, marble require i think.
