Newly Renovated Executive Maisonette At Jalan Rajah

Recommended Posts

My feature wall. All wires are hidden and all players are in the right cabinet. Looks neat right? Notice my small 5.1 speakers (size of a golf ball) They are from Sony.

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

the leaf cutout is so so nice!

so Zen feel.

and yes, the coffee table definitely fit into all, nicely ..

the fish "pond" is really unique.. the water actually flow from upstairs downwards?

guess the upper floor is non-zen feel, but more on contemporary?

waiting to see more photos!

just curious, what's the total renovation cost? :P

Yes upper floor is more modern didn't spend too much money on upper floor as renovations cost is pretty high. Total cost is about 97,000. Is a major over haul only item preserved is the parquet on the upper floor which is being revarnished and repaint.

The interior design is very unique :thumbs up:

My "new" place has the same layout as yours but I am an aunty, so will stick to a conventional design (read: easy to clean) :sport-smiley-018:

97k !!

That's massive reno cost for massive overhaul indeed. :P

Ok, I can only drool at ur photos then, but not implement in my house. :P

I also think 97k is ex but now 6 months after the reno complete, I think is worth the money, I redo all the electrical, plumbing, windows grille, windows hack kitchen wall, plaster whole flat, change 3 sewage pipes 3 layers of water proofing in both toilets and 2 layer of water proofing in kitchen. Luckily I paid only 10k for COV.

Walk in wardrobe

IMG_1923-1.jpg

Sliding door to the entrance of MBR. Have to do sliding door because there is a swing door for my walk in wardrobe which double up as a door for my MBR toilet as well. Hence MBR door has to be sliding if not it will clash with each other.
