I am getting the key to my resale unit. It's 110 sqm unit. The below is a highlevel quote provided. Any input on whether I can get better deal for some of the items below?

1. Install powder coated grill ****, 3 rooms, study room & master toilet - $1260

2. Hack off existing kitchen cabinet - $250

3. Install kitchen cabinet - $3045

4. Solid surface on kitchen cabinet - $720

5. Install store rack - $360

6. Install 2.4m tv console / feature wall - $2560

7. Install 1.5m study table with shelf - $1310

8. Install 1.4m tv console at master bedroom

9. Install 1pc wardrobe door

10. Overlay common toilet floor tiles - $600

11. Hack master toilet / bath tub completely - $900

12. Lay water proofing - $200

13. Lay master toilet floor tiles - $800

14. Lay master toilet wall tiles - $2080

15. Install 2 nos shower screen - $1400

16. Install 2 nos custom made mirror for toilet - $500

6. Install 2.4m tv console / feature wall - $2,240 (Tv console - $130 prf x 2.4m /8 feet = $1,040 Feature Wall - $150 x 2.4m / 8 feet = $1,200)

7. Install 1.5m study table with shelf - $600 ($120 pfr x 1.5m / 5 feet = $600)

8. Install 1.4m tv console at master bedroom - $585 ($130 x 1.4m / 4.5 feet = $585)
