Hi all,

This is my first time attempting a blog. I have been in this forum for past years while waiting for our 2nd nest's keys. Finally gotten it. Below is the floor plan.

Its a 4-room HDB at boon keng road....

The room, kitchen and bathrooms essential furnishing has been done up, so my renovation involves only some touches up.

i'm staying in CV too, blk 9...which blk u in??? have u moved in??? i'm still waiting for defects to be rectified before starting reno...

hello lazybum9, i'm in blk 9 too. Havn't move in. I just went to view the defects rectification progress.. very disappointed that HH havn't done anything despite 2 weeks since.

not doing anything for MBR??? how much is your quotation??? i got a shock when received quotations...all overrun my budget...

i just collected my keys on 17th Feb. Den joint inspection just done yesterday. Now for the next 2 weeks, they will rectify the defects lo.. at the same time, doing ID selection. You selected your ID already?

not doing anything for MBR??? how much is your quotation??? i got a shock when received quotations...all overrun my budget...

For MBR we will be doing mirror at one side of the wall, 2 side tables, wall lights, wallpapers and the bay window ledges, one side will be cushion another side will be veneer ledge.

Very excited, cos renovation starting soon

Reno starting tmr? How long will it take? All defects already rectified?

angeliqueho81 getting ID or contractor? I hope i can finalize my ID by this week den start reno in march. will start my reno t-blog once i selected my ID.

by the way, lazybum9, what is your budget for reno? selected your contractor/id liao? My budget is $10k so far and still waiting for quotation from ID.
