Thank you. A) Masonry 1 Remove existing aluminum frame and sliding door and made good damaged wall and ceiling. 180.00 2 Labor charges to hack existing balcony flooring and overhead beam and made good damaged wall and ceiling. 380.00 3 Labor charges to remove existing living hall wooden architraves trimming, both bathrooms shower screen and common bathroom bi-fold door. 150.00 4 Supply labor and material for chemical washing, cleaning and handing over of project. 250.00 5 Supply labor and transport to clear all existing renovation debris. 250.00 B) Wet Works / Aluminum Doors / Shower Screen 1 Supply and raise balcony flooring to level with living hall flooring complete with approved extruded polystyrene foam and fine wire mesh re-enforcement. 300.00 2 Supply and lay new floor tiles at extended living hall floor similar to existing living hall flooring complete with similar tiles as 75 mm ht. skirting. 550.00 3 Supply and install white powder coated aluminum frame complete with acrylic panel Bi-fold doors at both bathrooms entrance. 560.00 4 Supply and install 02 sets of white powder coated aluminum frame c/w tempered glass doors at common bathroom and L/shape shower screen at shower area. Size: (L1.7 x Ht1.7) + (L838 + 1300) x Ht1.8m 1,300.00 All tiles quoted above are based on $2.50 p.s.f. unless stated. C) Carpentry / L-box / Painting 1 Supply and install 02 unit storage cum display cabinet at bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 existing recess areas. Size : (L685 X Ht2400 x D300) mm 1,150.00 2 01 no. feature wall at dining hall complete with wooden backing and 5 mm thick clear mirror.
