  9. Hi, Can anyone advise the following: 1. is it a must for ID or contractor to be in the list of HDB Registered Renovation Contractors in order for them to apply for permit for hacking/removal wall is required??? 2. what happen if the engaged ID or contractor in not in the list of HDB Registered Renovation Contractors and contract signed??? 3. Understand that there maybe a need to engage a professional engineer to supervise the works for for hacking/removal wall. Does this mean the professional engineer has to be in the flat throughout the hacking/removing process??? Thank you.

  12. Hi, Please share the address & detail of the furniture shop in JB? Please also advise on other additional charges like GST, delivery charges, custom charges, etc and also the payment mode as in how much for deposit, etc. Thank you.
  13. Hi, Thank you for the reply. item 1 and item 2 are supposed to be together because the existing shoe cabinet cum divider is somewhere near the main door entrance which provide certain level of privacy to the living/dining area. so this is removed, will need some replacement. maybe a full-height shoe cum display cabinet. for replacement of furniture, have in mind of getting COTS products instead of build-in. by the way, do you happen to know if there is any contractor who can help with repairing of shower screen door cause the shower screen door of both toilet has the top bearing wear off and also the rubber seal has hardened. regards.
